I spent years doing the right things with my health and still feeling like something was off. It wasn't until I started understanding the upstream causes of my energy, mood, and food patterns that things finally shifted.

I'm a certified health and lifestyle coach helping health-minded adults build lasting energy, focus, and a body that actually reflects the effort they've been putting in. The test kit includes everything you need for home sample collection: lancets for finger-prick sampling, collection tubes, detailed instructions, and prepaid return shipping materials. No lab visit required.

How long until I get results?

You'll receive your comprehensive results within 1-2 weeks after we receive your sample. Results include an interactive dashboard, detailed biomarker analysis, and personalized recommendations.

How accurate is the at-home test?

Each nutritional marker we measure has been certified against gold standards in laboratory testing to ensure accuracy. We use advanced LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography with tandem Mass Spectrometry) technology, which is considered the gold standard for biomarker analysis. LC-MS/MS provides exceptional precision and sensitivity, allowing us to accurately measure even trace amounts of nutrients in your blood. How do I collect the sample?

Sample collection takes just 5 minutes with a simple finger-prick test. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included in your kit, and in an email that will be sent to you.
