Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use as few as the site can work with, and nothing that measures or advertises loads until you say yes.
Strictly necessary
These make the site function and cannot be switched off: your session and sign-in state, security and anti-abuse protection, and the record of your own cookie choice — which we have to store, or we would have to ask you on every page. They set no advertising identifier and we do not need your consent for them.
Analytics and advertising — only if you accept
If you accept, we load some or all of the following on public pages. Each is configured per site, so you may not see all of them:
- Google Analytics 4 — how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they arrived from.
- Google Ads — measures whether an advert led to an order.
- Google Tag Manager — the container that loads the tags above.
- Meta Pixel — measures Facebook and Instagram advertising and builds audiences.
These involve transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Decline and none of them load — no tag, no request, no identifier.
Embedded content
Pages with embedded video use Vimeo, which may set its own cookies once the player loads. Scheduling and consultation pages can hand off to Google Calendar and Zoom, which apply their own cookie policies on their own domains.
Changing your choice
Reopen the cookie banner from the link in the site footer to change your answer at any time, or clear cookies in your browser settings — which resets the choice and makes us ask again. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in.
The mobile app is different
The Holohabits app is not a browser and does not use cookies. It uses Firebase Analytics and crash reporting, which identify the installation rather than a browser, so a choice you make here does not carry over to it. What the app collects, and on what basis, is set out in the privacy policy. You can also limit tracking through your device’s own privacy settings.
