Delete your Holohabits account

Use the contact form and choose the topic “The Holohabits app”. Write that you want your account deleted, and send it from the email address the account uses — that is how we confirm the request is yours before erasing anything.

If you would rather write to us, post the request to Biohacker Center Platform OÜ, Tööstuse 43-100, 10411 Tallinn, Estonia. Include the email address on the account so we can find it.

We do not publish a support mailbox on this page. An address in the page source is collected by scrapers within days, and the form reaches the same people.

Your account and the personal and health data held under it: your profile, your biomarker results and reports, anything you entered in the app, and the messages you sent us about the account.

Where you worked with a practitioner, your practitioner is the controller of the record from your consultation. We erase our copy and tell you to take the request to them for theirs; we cannot delete their record on their behalf.

A few things survive deletion because the law requires it, and we would rather name them than let you discover them later:

Accounting records of anything you purchased, for as long as tax law requires. Consent records, kept as proof that consent was given and withdrawn. Access-audit logs, which record staff access to client records and are kept for 730 days.

None of these are used to rebuild your profile or to contact you. Purchases made in the HOLOLIFE Center store are held by the store under its own policies, so a deletion here does not erase your order history there.

We confirm the request when we receive it, and act on it without undue delay and in any case within one month, as Art. 12(3) GDPR requires. If the request is complicated we may extend that, and we will tell you why before the month is out. You get a message when the deletion is done.

Deleting your account is permanent. We cannot restore the data afterwards.

Holohabits is operated by Biohacker Center Platform OÜ (registry code 16795881), Tööstuse 43-100, 10411 Tallinn, Estonia — the same entity behind the website, the practitioner platform and the mobile app.

Erasure is one of several rights you hold over your data; the privacy policy covers the rest, including access, portability and objection. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
