Holohabits / The app beta

Your results. Part of your everyday.

Bring your nutrition results, meals and wearable data into one place. Help shape the app by using it in real life.

From understanding to everyday choices

The useful part is what happens next.

A report gives you a starting point. The app brings that context to the questions that show up between consultations: what to eat, what to keep track of, and what to ask about next.

01 / AI coach

A question about dinner. An answer with context.

Ask about a meal, a marker or a supplement. The coach can use your lab results, food log and connected activity data to put the answer in context. Its experimental guidance is something to explore with your practitioner.

02 / Food & supplements

Notice what makes it onto your plate.

Photograph a meal, scan a supplement label or use a barcode. The app estimates calories, protein, fat, carbs and fiber, and keeps a searchable history with daily and weekly totals.

03 / Wearables

See how the rest of your day fits in.

Connect Oura, Withings or Polar. Explore sleep, readiness, recovery, body composition and activity through HoloIndex faces, alongside the index built from your lab results.

What joining the beta means

Beta software

The Holohabits app is in beta. The service may be unavailable at times, features may change or be removed, and things may not work as expected.

Not medical advice

Holohabits is a wellness and nutrition-optimization tool, not a medical device or medical service. Do not rely on the app to diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition. Always consult a qualified health professional about medical concerns.

Experimental guidance

Supplement, lifestyle and dietary suggestions in the app are experimental and for informational purposes only. The Western Lifestyle Index summarizes diet, sleep and stress signals from your biomarkers (lower is better) and is not a clinical score.

Your data

Beta signups are handled as described in our privacy policy. Accepting these terms on the form is your consent to us processing your signup and contacting you about the beta program.
